User Agreement
This Agreement defines the terms of use by visitors and users of the internet site at: https://emikman.com materials posted on it (hereinafter — the Site). This document is a public offer — a proposal to conclude an agreement on the terms specified in it to an indefinite circle of persons (Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation). We recommend that you fully familiarize yourself with this document before starting to use the Site and filling out any forms. Using the Site, including but not limited to filling out forms, means full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Agreement (Article 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation).
1. General Terms
1.1. Terms: Administration (also: «We», «Our», «Us») — Individual Entrepreneur Avdeev Pavel Nikolaevich; User (also: «You», «Your») — any person using the Site.
1.2. The Agreement regulates the relationship between the User and the Administration regarding the use of the Site and materials posted on it.
1.3. The Administration provides the right to: familiarize yourself with materials on the Site; fill out forms and upload files; launch the Site through a web browser within its functionality.
1.4. Use of the Site is free of charge.
1.5. This Agreement does not regulate the terms of paid services — they are determined in separate agreements.
1.6. The Administration is not responsible for the compatibility of the Site with the User's devices or internet connection.
1.7. The procedure for processing data when filling out forms is regulated by the Privacy Policy.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
2.1. All materials and components of the Site are objects of intellectual property of the Administration and are protected by law.
2.2. The Administration provides a non‑exclusive, revocable, limited license to use the Site within its functionality.
2.3. The license does not include the right to copy or archive the Site.
2.4. The User does not have the right to: modify, decompile or disassemble the Site; obtain source code without written consent from the Administration.
2.5. No provisions of the Agreement constitute a waiver of intellectual property rights.
2.6. When quoting Site materials, it is necessary to indicate the source — https://emikman.com.
3. User Guarantees
3.1. The User guarantees: reaching 18 years of age; having legal capacity; absence of judicial or other restrictions on using the Site.
3.2. If the User acts on behalf of a legal entity, he confirms that: he has appropriate authority; the legal entity does not violate the rights of third parties; all necessary permissions for data processing have been obtained.
3.3. The User undertakes to: provide reliable information; not impersonate others; not use others' data without consent; not take actions that undermine the Site's operation.
4. Access to the Site
4.1. The Administration has the right to change the Site content at any time without notice.
4.2. Constant Site availability is not guaranteed.
4.3. The Site is provided «as is», without guarantees of compliance with the User's purposes.
5. Final Provisions
5.1. The Agreement is valid indefinitely.
5.2. The current version is always available at: https://emikman.com/docs/terms
5.3. After filling out forms on the Site, the Administration may send letters to the specified email. The User can unsubscribe from the mailing list through the link in the letter.
5.4. All disputes are considered in court at the place of registration of the Administration in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
5.5. Legally significant messages are sent to the email address specified below.
5.6. The Administration has the right to change the terms of the Agreement unilaterally. The new version comes into force from the moment of publication.
5.7. The invalidity of individual provisions of the Agreement does not affect its other terms.
5.8. The User confirms that he has read and agrees with all provisions.
5.9. The User undertakes to use the Site in good faith.
5.10. Applicable law — the legislation of the Russian Federation.
